Is Your Parasympathetic Nervous System Recovering?

You don't have a need for your parasympathetic nervous system like when you exercise but you shouldn't be trying to actively engage during a working set. Good nutrition is absolutely one make sure that you're staying hydrated and then overall low inflammation because we know that stress especially psychological and psychological stress causes a mass taxation not just on your nervous system but can be extremely inflammatory as many of your listeners are going to know so maintaining a really good low inflammatory type of nutritional status is great as well. And the one key component which might even be number one but I'm mentioning it kind of on the back end here is really good quality restorative sleep.
