The Dawn of Everything

Willis: I find it refreshing that this is a book that tries to explain everything like these other books, guns, germs and steel or sapiens yet comes from people who seem to actually know something about something. He says he can evaluate the intellectual history but cannot evaluate the archaeological angle because he knows nothing about archaeology. Willis: This kind of goes back to some issues that I think are really problematic that academics have just in general with books that aren't written for other academics.
