The Cost of a Knockoff Crochet Dress
Fashion Nova took a picture of Kylie Jenner wearing her leggings, plastered them all over their website, and then sold the cheaper version of them. Another designer named Lucy Wilden found herself also in a similar situation in 2019 after she found that Fashion Nova had been selling a knockoff version of her crochet dress. She was not only shocked that they had undoubtedly taken her design and, like seriously, they're nearly identical, but that they had also paid someone almost nothing to be able to do it. They could have asked for a collab. But no, apparently too much work, wasn't worth their time, whatever.
