The Color Pink

T-Mobile has trademarked and owns the pink. You can't use the pink. I don't have a problem with this stuff, right? Where you hear like, Oh, company X owns the phrase why even like this is very headline from the Washington Post,. Court says T-Mobile owns the color magenta. That's our color. Yeah. So that almost certainly means they have a trademark for in the mobile phone world when you're advertising it that T mobile has established that that color is so associated with their brand. It would cause confusion among customers if a competing brand, like E.U., suddenly started having all their marketing stuff in magenta or tealish green.
