In a micro education context, it's clear that the parents who are hiring the teacher in an intimate setting have a significant voice. And that is lost when you try to achieve scale and you have large system of education. But that does tighten up the value chain pretty significantly, and allows both parents or students to probably make changes or adjust on the flan the teacher if things are not going well. We leave hierage once we leave high school, though, and we get into a kind of the main event where a great deal of this is just, frankly, confusing.
