The Joker's Halloween Prank

Halloween is a widely celebrated holiday in Japan especially in metropolitan areas. A group of commuters were traveling into a coco Rio station on the Kiayo line in Chofu one of Tokyo's western suburbs. At the previous stop they had been somewhat alarmed to see a young man boarding the train who appeared to be dressed as the Joker. But there was something about this particular young man that seemed to put people on edge. He sat far too comfortably next to a fellow passenger attempting to make eye contact with them behavior which is considered shockingly rude in Japanese public transport culture.
