The Importance of Environmentalism in the NFIB Decision

There are some definite legal implications of this decision. But this case opens the door for absurdity all around. One area that's like kind of called into question as environmentalism. And I think that's scary because our nation's history shows clearly that states can't be trusted with treating their citizens like their human beings.
