Last year was a year where we finally you know for many years I've been waiting for the big correction. The major correction was long overdue but that doesn't still you know even when it's long overdue Tim we're big babies when it comes. We are and I mean if you look at the correction and everybody's whipped up about the correction and the news articles but relative to where we were in 2021 we're not that bad off at this point.
