And so there's a big part of personality that comes into play on a lot of these engagements. You know 95% of them leads nothing but the 5% that do lead is something really do pay off. People Come back to me and say hey could you help me with this or I have a friend who needs something or people have just become friends would say Hey john somebody. I know who needs this. Do you want to jump in there’s an opportunity there for you? Um, it took a while
