The Biden Administration's Proposal for Regional Processing Centers

The Biden administration making very clear that the numbers that are coming drastically exceed our capacity to handle them. And it's opening these new regional processing centers, the details of which are still pretty unclear but that in theory are going to connect people who have some access to legal and non-immigrant visas. How do what is the way to historically at least to find the balance between the people who have what is potentially a legitimate claim for asylum and our capacity to house them?
