Juror Number Four Leaves the Trial

Both sides potentially had a lot to lose by keeping this juror, where she expressed concern about whether elizabeth holmes would be incarcerated after this trial. The defence may be thinking she may be finding defendant guilty. But the government's also going to be worried. While she may find the evidence compelling, her religious beliefs may prevent her from ultimately casting the vote for guilt. Juror number four was dismissed. She's now the second juror to leave the trial. Three alternates who are left and able to serve if jurors have to leave.
