The End of the Civil War in Obiado
A third wave of committees negotiate a surrender, which seems pretty positive considering how some of these things end. The reason that they wish to sue for some sort of surrender or some sort of agreement is mainly attributed to the reports of the violence by the armed forces on the population of obiado itself. I think the general Lópe Focher, who is relatively liberal, compared with some of his subordinates at least, and the other military leaders that he's working with, admires the revolutionary leader for in fact doing that.
