The Power of Saying No

No is a powerful word. People feeling the freedom to be able to say no is important. If they feel manipulated to have to say yes, they don't enjoy that seltling experience. Tell your spouse or your partner, would you be opposed to going to graham's restaurant? And let them say, no. I wouldn't be opposed to that. It changes the flavor and it puts them in a different head state where they can still say no and feel like they're in control.
