Is It a Fastening Path for Microbiology?
You went to school and for three years to centa wern because of your back story. Ithink it's a fastening path for you. We have now tens of thousands of individual naturally occurring microbes from the food system. The challenge that we're confronted by is, if we want to design a new community of five of those to ferment a plant base yogard that tastes more like an authentic dairy yogard. That's a ten thousand Choose five problem, which is ten to the 17. And so then the question becomes, how can we use computation to collapse that designed space and allow us to span all these potential combinations in a much more efficient manner?
