Singaporeans are world famous for hacking it. Why haven't we adopted the tech culture? The first time I went to Japan, I also got a culture shock when I noticed something. Their whole airport process, especially in Singapore, is a 20-minute ordeal. They have never seen the world where you put your everything in this magical scanner and go before 9-11.
