If you're going to explore the channels, don't do it at the cost of your focus on the best channel for customer acquisition. YouTube requires different creative than Facebook almost certainly. And TikTok probably also does. There's just value alone and focusing in one place almost no matter what that place is. So spending additional time thinking about retention as your organic revenue channel makes a lot of sense.
