My go to thing is seftoneer because of compliance. I get very few complaints about the taste. It's once a day, which we think is a huge thing with medication compliance. And so especially if a child is taking an iron supplement or a vitamin that has iron in it, their stool will be not exactly bright red, you know, like it's it's frank blood, but it'll be rusty and it's I've seen some pretty impressive cases.
