What Are Some of the Biggest Blind Spots of Disabilities in the Church?
Every parent i know of a child with a significant disability has been asked to leave a congregation at some point. I think we need to welcome the idea that people don't fit a mould, and they're not going to sit still or do the right thing in church. So figure out ways to construct a church where you're not asking people to leave it if they're disruptive. And there's lots of adult a disabilities too, who struggle with sitting quiet and still in a church piew. Do we create space for folks like that?
