Synthetic Biology - What Doesn't Work Yet?

Ansuprite: What are some things in synthetic biology that you can't believe we haven't figured out how to make work yet? Ansuprite: One of the things that doesn't quite work yet is a homalgus rcombination, where we get precise editing. The other thing is even more aher similarly disappointing. So far, all these things are so far, a cavia sis. But i'm sure that may have already changed and i didn't notice.
