Goati's Theme for Game of Throne

One of my favorite pieces by goati is the theme from the movie pacific rim, which he wrote and had tom morello from rage against the machine play the guitar part for. And this is such a riffy song. The main riff just stops so hard that i love it. It perfectly captures the sound of a giant robot sort of stomping through the ocean. Its just a really killer themeso that repetition is such a key to that kind of like riff heavy, motif heavy writing. One thing you can do to reinforce a melody that you're singing is have it played instrumentally right after you sing it. I know i've definitely used it unconsciously. So next time yere
