The First Step Is Clearer Guidance

Right now the SEC's position is that all crypto assets are securities, which in my view is just totally not accurate under the law and under the how we test. So I think the first step would be clearer guidance beyond that which they've already put out, you know, in 2018, which really just concerns ICOs. The question of whether an asset is a security or not is only high stakes and central to everything we're thinking about and talking about here.
