The Future of Star Wars Movies

I can't think of any other creatives working on Star Wars who currently have their fingers in so many different pies. Since when does the director of a Star Wars film matter that much? It was George going oh, there's gonna be an urban kershner film and there're gonna be a Richard Marquan film,. Like Where do they get off? Kind of marketing and promoting these movies with some director's name it's never worked out for them. I don't give a flying about who's directing it to be honest with you because the Star Wars machine is working properly.
