My mam helped me, you know, buy my first condo at 22, and that's changed the trajectory of my life. And what she did for me, like, that's the kind of stuff i want to be able to to give my kids, why they can enjoy it and make use of it in their prime. It doesn't have to be millions of dollars. Give it to the individual. They're going to beat your return in the market. Like they have more use, more fulfilment, more goals, excer because the purpose is to give them experiences
