Water and the Homeless
Fisher and Venus left their flat when they realised it might not be safe anymore. They went to visit friends on the rich side of town but were met by police. The pair then drifted with the hoards of the homeless, who drank no water. It was from them that Fisher learned there were people making alternative water.
