What Are Institutions?
I live in a neighborhood that's full of institutions. I didn't know many of them, but maybe I knew 50 people at the dinner. That is something that more and more people in America are missing. They're not embedded in those institutions. And therefore, what is affecting them, whether it's television or politics? It's completely different influence on their lives. When you have a vacuum, things will fill the vacuum.
