i think one of the, one of the other things too, is, because you do have a team, you're not only making your time more valuable and more optimized. Becauseou tey have marching orders for just about everything that they need to get done which just makes it so there's less of this like, hey brian, what do i do? Which distracts you. It derails you. But really, what what came to realize as they they need this stuff, and they appreciate the level of detail. Like, i constantly get notes from new contractors o start working with me,. These specks are really detail. This makes my job like, super easy. Ah,
