How to Get to Zero in a Weekly Review
Getting into a review practice is tough, but once you get to that point of sustaining your system andn your way of working, boy, that's a heck of a lot easier. I liken it to the difference between, like, building a car and maintaining one. But in other regards, so i think that the the getting to zero thing is a lovely ambition, but i think it's more of a like getting to a mental anxiety state of zero than it is like an actual email volume of zero.
