How Do You Learn a Language?

In the lower levels of course it's more about words you suddenly remember more basic verb forms especially then obviously often you start with like the past tense. While you reach a higher level it becomes it goes more like about complex sentence structure I know that you had told me that in the past before but I didn't remember it so something longer or like pronouns in many languages are very challenging every language has something particular.
