The Importance of Humility in Artificial Intelligence

I think society as a whole is much more distrustful than ever before. And yet also very out of the loop or perhaps ignorant as to how these things are really being applied and put into place in our everyday lives. So what do you say to folks that feel concerned about the risks, the social impacts that digital technology presents today? I think there are some rules, some expectations that can be set that help manage this.
