How to Build Discipline in Trading
The way I would look at trading is it's all about skills. You know, trading is a collection of skills. There's also technical skills, fundamental skills, there's strategic skills and so on. And all of those are developed through practice. So, we need to identify the actions that we want and then we need to do the practice over and over and over again to ingrain those into the brain so they become automated.
