What Does Productivity Even Mean?

There's not one dimension that we can measure of productivity, right? So, like lines of code. But theyre different dimensions that you have to look at. You have to measure something around satisfaction and well being. And the final thing is efficiency and flow - do developers have minimal interruptions or delays for their work?
