The Value of Staying Put in Your Career
Kula: Is there value in just staying put and resisting that need to make a quick career jump? Solomon: As long as you're growing. You feel like you're part of a company that's moving in the right direction. When those two things come together, I see very little reason for you just to jump to the next job. Kula: The big barometer that should drive any career move is are you going to grow more? Are you going to provide more opportunities for yourself and your family? If that's the case, it makes a lot of sense to move.
