The Importance of Having Good Ideas
"You can't just have good ideas, at least one or two have to be on your resume to turn into something," he says. "I was watching this and this one person continually has really good ideas, try stuff. It never works but they're still considered absolutely 100% a valuable part of the creation process because the ideas get into other things."
