The Importance of Historical Accuracy

"It's really silly to marry yourself to historical accuracy as though it is science or math when it is definitely not right like there is the one objective thing right so I think that that's just like this movie isn't necessarily trying to do something like Hamilton is for example right with quote unquote historical accuracy or whatever but it is operating in that space of well who cares right like let's actually just tell a story since all of history is just stories anyway," he said. "I feel like we can potentially getting more powerfully at a truth through the exaggerated telling of that story precisely."
