The Future of Telemetry in Python

The Postgres client should have its own open telemetry span creation that you can turn on or off. And I think if we're successful as a project, those instrumentation libraries will just go away and disappear completely,. At least for the languages where it's possible to do so. Right? So there's definitely a lot of exciting work ahead.
