This Was Granted Cert

The Sixth Circuit has granted certiorate to the Supreme Court. If they do not, it will be the law of the Sixth Circuit until the Sixth Circuit comes up with some better reasoning. We're waiting for at least four votes from a Supreme Court that has six atrocious human beings on it to pick up this case. Remember Clarence Thomas is a validly anti First Amendment.
