Tribes and Water Resources in the Colorado River
The Bipartisan Infrastructure Act includes $50 billion for drinking water, wastewater storage and conveyance. That's a lot of money over five years. I don't know whether that money can be directed towards this area. The Metropolitan Water District has an enormous 150 million gallons a day with partners as far flung as Las Vegas and Arizona. There's some very exciting partnerships going on to get funding out of the $50 billion.
