You're a big advocate of atomic habits, the book by james clare. Are there any other concepts that you've put into practice from James's work? Yes. I think what he talks about regarding identity is immensely valuable. What if your identity is, i always take my stop. That's who i am. No matter what, i takemy stop. And even dumb things like looking for an elevator or walking everywhere are important. It's one of those things where it's really crucial to reprioriize values and priorities.
