The Protests in Israel - The Incitement, the Death Threats
Being a prominent left-wing activist in Israel has always come with risks. He regularly gets messages from individuals, often on Facebook, calling for him to be hanged or shot. Leading members of the government have called protesters an existential threat that needs to be taken care of. Iran tells me his march will at some point veer off the designated route to crisscross the city. It's a way to channel anger, he says, in a non-violent way.
