I've been training since I was 13 years old so like my training my training age is like 24 um 24 years. My volume has been on the maintenance side and then I've done a lot of volume cycling trying to figure out how to get bigger. The only press that I have right now that is like there's a dumbbell press and I'm even considering getting rid of that.
