Venture MLS is looking at real estate products startups and investing money where we see potential. Perchwell was the first big investment for venture MLS in New York City market. CRMLS has come in to kind of help uh mentor in a sense and and help with their growth or I guess venture MLS is handling that not CRMLS directly.
