How to Rewrite Schemes of Work

Teachers are thinking about rewriting their schemes of work for this year. Why on earth would you do it? We know an enormous amount about our profession, I hand it to you. You need to know the whole of school level mathematics. Learning is not predictable and can't be predicted in advance. And as soon as you start at the right place each individual child's learning will take its own course. The best thing you can possibly do is understand a system that you can't predict.
