Pray for the Gift of Final Perseverance
Father Mike: We know that we can lose our faith, like we can give it away. St. Paul says some people by rejecting conscience have made a shipwreck of their faith. Father Mike: How many stories do we know ourselves of people who are so close to the Lord and genuinely loved him but then decided to walk away or drift away? So let's pray for that. Pray for that gift of final perseverance. And pray that one day every one of us will stand before the one in whom we believe and be met with that gaze of love.
