Having Chronic Pain

Di just sat with being compassionate and grateful for having chronic pain in the first place, because it led me on this amazing journey of self exploration. There's things that have happened in my life that are expressing in a certain way of suffering, but that's also my opportunity to more deeply bring compassion to myself. And now, you know, with this space in particular, it just feels, i very much in alignment for me, and something i'm really excited about.
