A lot of folks who are in demand-gen roles, they're not the senior most roles in marketing. So it can be difficult to go shopping for something you've done very, very rarely. I think one definitely I would call out on is the number of people in that department and how much is it growing. If you've got less than 4%, it's going to be perhaps difficult,. especially if you find that you've got something like 30 to 40% of people in sales.
