Saddleback Church has been in operation for more than 40 years. The church was hit hard by the financial crisis of 2008-2009. But now, it's back on its feet and is thriving again with a new leadership team. "I feel very confident if i were to drop dead right now, saddle back, they don't need me to keep this thing going," he says.
