Is It OK to Use a Smart Contract for Money Laundering?
The court case will be about, I guess, right? Like, could they have done it? Well, even that, I don't know if that's going to be what the case is about. But you could say, like, well, this, you know, it's a smart contract. There's nothing you can do about money laundering. It's kind of inherent to the system. Whether that would be enough of a defense, we'll have to see.
