Introduction
The Biden administration announced on Tuesday a new weapons package for Ukraine. It includes high Mars ammunition, missiles for air defenses, artillery rounds, and all sorts of other types of equipment. The money is still being drawn from the $45 billion Ukraine aid bill that Congress passed back in December.
