Transport environment has been able to achieve its mission and how you measure your success. It seems to me 100 people is quite a lot and a budget of 12 or 13 million euros. What makes an organ and NGO like yours successful? Our theory of change is that if you want to move big industry, there's not many ways you can make Volkswagen or GM move. If you get a competitor that is eating their lunch, they are likely to move. But how do you create that competition? And that's where regulation comes in.
