Challenging Management Dogma
The author recently published an article in Intensive Care Medicine called Challenging Management Dogma Where Evidence Is Non-Existant or Outdated. He says dogma comes from the Greek and it means that which one thinks it's true. So it's separate from fact, which is a much harder truth for reality. "I rail against the use of dogma in medical management," he says.
